Find a site

Nine layers. Every one sourced.

Each lot gets a 0 to 100 on every layer, a reason in plain words and a confidence label.

Traffic
Vehicles a day on the road beside the lot. State DOT and FHWA counts.
Corridor access
Highway exits, busy routes and transit nearby.
Charging gap
Public chargers already close by. AFDC station list.
Grid screen
Substations, lines and utility capacity maps. An early read. Only the utility confirms service.
Real-estate fit
Does a visit to the host match the charge? A grocery store suits a quick stop. A hotel suits a long stay.
Nearby amenities
Places to eat, shop or wait within 820 feet.
Site suitability
Stalls, lot size and the parcel. Garages and downtown pay lots are flagged.
Demand context
Census density and the share of apartments. Fewer garages, more public charging.
Incentives
Only verified, open programs score. None are promised.
  • HighAn official count or record.
  • MediumGood public data with known gaps.
  • LowA proxy or an estimate.

The forecast · Beta

Demand built from facts you can check.

The range and the grade

It shows its work.

  • Sessions, kWh and peak kW, each year.
  • P10, P50 and P90, not one guess.
  • What drives the range.
  • A grade, A to D, with its reasons.
The shape of a forecast range A band widens from year 1 to year 10. The P50 line rises after a first-year ramp and then flattens as competitors build. YR 1YR 5YR 10 SESSIONS A DAY P90P50P10

Straight talk

No one can call one site exactly.

Lookalike sites differ by about two times. So we show the range.

What you get

  • A range and a grade.
  • Every assumption sourced.
  • Competitors that keep building.
  • Peak kW for the demand charge.

What it does not do

  • Promise one number.
  • React to your price.
  • See fleet or rideshare demand.
  • Know your own sites, yet.

The forecast is in Beta. Runs are screening ranges until ZIP-level Census data and calibration land. Each run says so.
